Security Features:
Considering the uniqueness and cost of Ashkiyoun carpets, and in order to protect our customer's rights and preventing any abuse, the following security features have been put in place:
-- The Ashkiyoun logo and the specific serial number security code for each carpet are woven in the warp and weft of the rug.
-- The Certificate of Authenticity is provided by our official sales partners. This printed certificate lists the security woven in your carpet and also includes full details of your carpet.
-- Customers need to register their carpet with us @ info@ashkiyoun.com to qualify for the carpet’s guarantee. By registering your carpet with us you can also double check the authenticity of the certificate you have been given and hence the authenticity of your carpet.
