After Sales Services
Due to the value, rarity and fineness of Ashkiyoun carpets, they must only be washed in professional rug cleaning centres. As these centres cannot be found in all countries, we can advise you where to have your Ashkiyoun carpet. If your carpet is damaged or stained please contact us directly @ customercare@ashkiyoun.com and we will take care of your carpet.
You will receive an ”After Sale Service Card“ along with your certificate when you purchase an Ashkiyoun carpet. Each time your carpet is washed the card needs to be stamped by the washing centre on the dedicated page.
We also provide lifetime professional advice for the maintenance and sale of your carpet.
